This is the size 5B base shoes that we will be using to construct Judy Garland's ruby slippers. Again, you won't find this base shoes anywhere in the world except with us. They are custom-made using Miss Garland's shoe last.

You're about to see another high quality hand-sewn pair of ruby slippers, close to identical to what the original ruby slippers looked like when Judy Garland as Dorothy wore them in The Wizard of Oz.

#7 Judy Garland is written in both shoes

A label reading "Innes Shoe Co. Los Angeles, Hollywood, Pasadena" has been attached to the right shoe, and "#7 Judy Garland" is written on the sides of both shoes with an old school fountain pen.

It's now sewing time as we reproduce "the most beautiful shoes worn by the most beautiful actress in movie history".

Stuuuuning! There's a touch of sexiness about our ruby slippers. The right shoe is finished with red metallic sequins covered to give the shine and sparkle, and now it's back to work on the left shoe.

We've set the standard in high quality, hand-sewn ruby slippers to represent what they actually looked like when Judy Garland as Dorothy wore them way back in 1939 on the set of The Wizard of Oz. Meditate through it eh?

It's another way of meditation because you're focused and relaxed. 

Your eyes and mind is focusing on one thing and that is sew in, sew out. In controlled meditation you focus on breathe in and breathe out, or you can keep your eyes opened and stay focused on an object.

It's a monumental job and it's definitely not easy. I can make hand-sewn ruby slippers for the next 10 years, and I will still be saying the same thing, it's not easy.
