I love Laos!

Ok, so it seems that I have attracted the affections of a lovely woman from Laos. We were attending university together, she had won some kind of scholarship that my country gives to people from Laos and other places in SEA.
Well, she was struggling with understanding the advanced English our professors were using, and was in big trouble for the exams. She offered to pay me as a tutor, but I declined payment, saying that it was an honorable deed to help a disadvantaged classmate. I myself had needed special help before, and felt this was a way to pay that deed forward. With my help, she managed to do much better.
Apparently, this left quite the mark on her! I had always thought her to be a very lovely woman, but never expected her to have much interest in a Westerner. I was delighted when I pieced together her feelings for me. However...dating between Westerners is quite different than dating in Laos! For one, it is much slower. I have looked around but not managed to find all that much advice, so I have thought to ask on a forum.
What sort of timeline can I expect for the development of our relationship? When should I expect her to want me to touch her, kiss her, touch her hair, flirt with her? She wants to wait for marriage for sex, and I am ok with that, but I do not want to rush her on the other things either. As a man, I am used to being the initiator, but I don't "know the rules" for Laos dating!
Second, what are good topics of conversation for between a Laos girl and her "new gig"? I want to be able to romance her well. Obviously every girl is different, but a rough overview of the usual things could be a good starting point. What are good ways to flirt with a Laos girl? She is in her later twenties by the way.
Lastly, some romantic things to say in her language are good! Once again I have tried to look some of this up, but it is hard to find stuff. I asked one of her friends, she told me to say "Lub fan d der t huk". I know this has something to do with "goodnight", but don't know a full translation. Anything you can teach me (I would like to know the meaning too, I do not want to just be repeating things!) I would appreciate.
And, I would be more than happy to repay any help anyone gives me in any way I can. Thank you for reading!
