Tap water in Laos is too dirty for consumption.

• Is it safe to drink tap water in Laos

Bro,  when I go back in the near future I will drink it as if it is Lao beer.  I am sure my system has been built to be immune to anything because I have consume many things that many folks have considered them to be 'crazy' .

I didn't eat birds or chicken the last time I went to Laos cause of that bird flu scare. What about mad cow disease and when they banned beef imports. I remember after the tsunami, people would not eat fish cause they feared that the fish they would eat had probably eaten dead people during the tsunami. Lucky for me, I had a taste tester in Laos who ate everything first before I ate it so I knew I wasn't going to die from eating it, haha.

We get our water from a well too when living in the jungle of Laos.
