You can concentrate and think better if you're alone in a quiet place.

If you don't understand something then that's what teachers are for. But you are taught to think for yourself first.

If you want to slack off then maybe the field of education is not for you, and you need to look at other options.

You can't ring up the teacher, but you'll see him or her again in your next class and it gives you the opportunity to ask questions.
