The Wizard of Oz sugar-pie, Judy Garland was hot property after her success as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz.

Her journey down the Yellow Brick Road led to misery, hopelessness and happiness, and that is like a mirror of what she went through in her own life. Many wonderful, and not so wonderful things about Judy Garland have been well publicised, but there's no mistaking the fact that she is a legend who has achieved more than anyone could have imagined on stage and film.
