Laos is control by foreign power. Lao people in Laos and Isan are oppressed and has less opportunity. There's a best and brightest in Laos. Whatever you can do Lao can do if giving an opportunity.

Something like this will never happen in Laos because (1) we are more humble and civilize bunch because of our religion and (2) any newly created jobs in the future would be more hihger pay jobs.
