LaoCowboy, The buffet at the Dansavanh Casino in Laos is pretty good. They have a mixture of Lao and western foods, I opted for spaghetti and salad.

Larb Dip, I do know via gossips from regular gamblers.

Of course. So, the Hi-So ARE Lao after all. I'm not surprised a modicum. I'm sure you also heard of their vows to give it up, to go straight and become better people, you know, that sort of thing. It's not every day that people in Laos have meals such as spaghetti, so that was something I enjoyed. Many local people have never tried it in their life.

The don't have "larp dip" included in the buffet, because they know that most customers don't like it.

I may not know, but the buffet restaurant business knows through experience. They would do anything to attract customers, and serving "larp dip" is obviously not part of their plan.
