Why don't insurgent just lay down their armed? It's time of peace and moving forward. War been over. Insurgent can never defeated Laos and Vietnam. Unless you got nuke. Hehe just kidding.

Just little small groups(Insurgents) without no support from the outsider and trying to survine in the jungle, just want to have a freedom.

Yes, some of them had came out but most of those guys been disappeared without trace.

Do like Thailand did during 1981-82, Thai king had called on ( Thai-Communist) to come out from the jungle without punishment and free as the citizen. At that moment there were about 90% of them were laid down their arms and 10% been follow in less than 6 months.

Presently this folks leader was death. They are the lost people in the jungle. They don't know whom can be trust. This is major problem.

I myself just pray for them and be wonder when the Laos Govt is going to come up with new solution to find peace.
