Thanks for your input!
So you said this could work? I couldn't find any Law mention about Strata tile or share tile? I think the only way to set it up by make is as a service tile. What do you think?

Does $500,000 investment cutoff applies to hotel business only?  What other business types like restaurants?

The govt. just said $500,000 investment without specifying what kind of investment, but only certain investments (like defense investments, etc.) are forbidden.  The forbidden investments are stated in the investment law and are logical.

You won't find any law like that in Laos.  Remember, they are new to this capitalist stuff.  It wasn't even introduced in Australia until 1961
