How to display an avatar in the forum

First of all, what is an avatar?

An "avatar" is a small picture that you use to represent yourself when you communicate with others on Lao Pride Forum. Every time you post a message, your avatar and other basic details about you, will appear on the left side of the screen. Of course, you don't have to display an avatar picture, if you choose not to.








Okay, now here are the steps to display your avatar once you're logged in.



Click on "User CP".







Click on "Profile".







Click on "Options".







Enter your password.






You can display a character as your avatar, by scrolling down and select one of the list of available images.






Or you can display your own picture as your avatar, by entering the URL of the location containing your picture. Then click on the box to display a "tick", this is important.






Once this is done, click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page, and that's it, you will now have an avatar!
