Raw meat will produce some kind of bad bacteria in your system, but I guess if you eat it once in a while then it shouldn't be a major problem. A fresh kill is more safer to eat than meat older than a week.
We eat larb every second day almost. (Everyday, if there are left- overs).
As for the hygiene standards in Laos, I think we have already touched on this subject. Lets leave it at that.
How do you justify "bad bacteria in system". How do you "know" this?
I'm starting to get paranoid now. Really.
