Lat month when I was in Vientiane for the 450 years celebration. I came across the business that will be good to be in...That is Motorbike Parking business. you can see them around tourist area...Like victory monument,Thaluang and many more...each time you visited this area...they will have selected area for the local to park their Motorbike. each time you park there..you have to pay 2000kip. I'm sure more than 500 bike park there per day and weekend probably more....Thad Luang Probably put more people....That is good business..they is no big capital to setup this kind of business just long robe,table,chair,pen and paper.  

Tee, You probably need to pay for the land space, which might cost alot of money.

You also have to pay for parking when dining at many restaurants and clubs.


Lao Democratic, Some products may be too expensive for $1.

Please don't compare US market to Laos..only about less than 10% of the population can afford to spend more $1 a day. 307M compare to 6.2M that is a big different. In American you can order the whole ship full of goods but in Laos for just one container is too many... and you can see, The price will be different to American.... Do you marketing research before doing any budiness...

This one answer to Admin: About the parking business..I had been doing some inquiries,while I was there...in Monument they pay to the office of Vientiane city revenue for 1 million Kip per month.. 

Revenue 30m per months minus 10% 0f some uncontrollable bad weather and other unexplainable day equate 27M kip
     Revenue                        27,000,000kip per month
     Staffs Wage(2 people)      3,000,000kip per month
     Pre print ticket                 1,000,000kip per month
     Other expend                   2,000,000kip per month

    Income Before Tax          21,000,000 per month($2,333)

$2,333 is very small income compare to the west,It's a small amount. but in Laos ..you can live just like the king.... if you can get Thad Luang and other place too. I am sure you could just set...and enjoin the passive income ...

Making $2600 a month is very good money in Laos because cost of living is cheaper. As Laos economy grow so will GDP and monthly income. It'll take time. I was thinking about long term investment. With money and enough fund to invest anything is possible. "Laos land of opportunity."

Longhang is Hmong-Lao American. He's just joking around. But some Hmong American do get busted for drug, opium smuggling. Sometime is on the news.
