I was under the impressin that these were 'Siamese'.

As for 'pi-nong' Isaan, they can cross the river whenever and however many times they want, for FREE!
As for the Siamese, they need to pay just like everybody else!

Many has relative in Laos and go back and forward daily. I think Lao Isan should be allow to visit Laos freely without visa. Lao government should also encourage Isan to get Lao citizens. So Laos will populated by Lao, and a majority.
