Like Viet expats go back and invested in Vietnam. When Commies take over most rich and educated Lao left the country.

I rushed it a bit. Did you watch the clip? You would have heard him say something along the lines of not just investing for money; but also for the benefit of his fellow kinsman. This is what I REALLY meant.

Agreed! We all know that China is notorious for it's 'hazy' atmosphere. All that smog is just something that they are more than willing to offload under the pretense of 'investing' in the country. We don't want to be walking around breathing through gas masks, do we?
