There's probably no need for it. The guys who cut the metals (welders) wear safety glasses and shields.

Looks like they are building an apartment or office building.

In the US hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses is a must. You never know. Accident does happen. Company can get big fine by inspector if their worker don't wear safety equipment.

That's because workers in western countries have a habit of suing their employers, for their injuries, and this and that.

Therefore companies have very strict rules and guidelines.

Accident can occur at any moment. I also have education background in construction.

I had one year Diploma from Technical College. We has build a house from the ground up. If we don't have safety equipment they'll send us home.

I got two paper. One for 2 year CNC Technicians, and 1 year for Carpentry.

One year and you can work as entry level jobs or continues apprentice program with Union Carpenter. One year is not easy working in a hot sun and cold weather. We got hand on experience building a real house from the ground up. Apprentice is a jobs training. Technical college is a school there's a different.

US education is one of the best in the world. Many around the world come here to study.

Company should provide saftety equipment. If worker get injured without saftety equipment company is to blame. Worker right should be protected, and sometime these big corporation, big business needed to get sued.
