The year 2019 is passing by so quickly, it's now August, my birthday month.

This month we will be working on another order with Judy Garland as Dorothy's size 5B hand-sewn ruby slippers. Her beauty was out of this world. Incredible beauty and talent. In Laos we refer to Judy Garland as the western girl with a pretty face you can never get bored of looking at.

Judy Garland as Dorothy's handmade size 5B shoes is finished. These are real, high quality shoes that can be worn.

"#7 Judy Garland" is written along the side of both shoe, and a beautiful golden embossed label is stamped on the insole of the right shoe with the words "Innes Shoe Co., Los Angeles, Pasadena, Hollywood."

This pair of ruby slippers that we are crafting in August, 2019 has been purchased.

A beautiful pair of hand-sewn leather and silk fabric bows for our ruby slipper project in August, 2019.

All the stones and beads used on our bows are custom made to match those on the original bows.

Starting off with the right shoe, each individual sequin is sewn by hand in a neat fashion. This is by no means easy to do and takes a lot of skill ladies and gentlemen.
