Hi everyone!
This is my first post and I was wondering where in Vientiane can my fiancé and I find a good quality, affordable ;D, traditional Lao wedding dress for her? We'll be back in Vientiane on 16th March for about a week. My fiancé is from the Savannakhet region so doesn't know Vientiane very well. Last time we were here we found two places, the Khua Din market and underneath the nearby Talat Sao shopping mall. Both areas had plenty of traditional Lao dresses that we bought cheaply and were OK for just our engagement ceremony. We'd like to ask if anyone knows where to find some better quality silk ones for our wedding later this year? |

Like I say to everyone, just ask a taxi/tuk tuk driver. They know where everything is. make sure you ask several so they don't rip you off.
