hey you guys what yall favorite Laos dish ? No matter
what food i eat.I alway have craving for Laos food.
My favorite is the long string bean and dry beef jerky.
Dessert i like that green jelly thing.Post up some pics if

Lao foods are delicious but they are not really healthy because they generally contain "padaek".

I'm a health fanatic, and when it comes to food choices I prefer salmon and a variety of steamed as well as fresh vegetables on the side. Laotians often eat sticky rice but I love brown rice.

Any doctor will tell you that simple meals like this is good for you, and you can eat it as often as you like.

Salmon ! what the , I love stick rice too much.There's alot of other dishes that doesn't contain padek. I think you can
eat anything as long you excrise or work out. I agree with ya though steam veg with tomatoes sauce is so good !! ::)

Oh yea payapa salad too . Man there's too much to list.

Papaya or paw paw salad is raw so it's not really that good for you, and not to mention there's padaek but eating it in moderation is fine.

Ripe papaya served as a fruit is delicious and very healthy.

Exercising won't give you the Omega-3 that your body needs. I eat salmon regularly due to the health benefits.

Papaya/paw paw salad wouldn't be right without some padaek, however some people use fish sauce as an alternative particularly Thais with their style, but the original Lao version of papaya salad with padaek brings out the flavour.
