She is the Dearest Creature in the everyone's heart. Her tennis skill might not great enough for the challenging world championship, but had full of joy for everyone. The below picture shows Judy Garland plays tennis at the Ambassador Hotel for charity

We have some rare Judy Garland content but I forgot about that one. You're right though, she is obviously singing something.

It's always good to see Judy Garland having some fun.

In the footage, the commentator said that she was winning so I'm sure she played pretty well.
