Eating tum maak hoong (papaya salad) in moderation is okay, but too much isn't healthy. I rarely eat sticky rice.
I enjoy steamed salmon with colorful veggies and brown rice. Not a typical Lao dish but I'm a health fanatic. |

I prefer tam maak teng (cucumber) adding a little of sweetness from cucumber combination of sooooourrr, hoooot chilies and WOW do your own thinking... :'( :-X

My favorite have to be bean. Real good with sticky rice. Haven't has that for a while. Cucumber and papaya is good too.
