The 34th BIG+BIH October 2012 organized jointly by the Department of International Trade Promotion(DITP), Ministry of Commerce, and the Thai Lifestyle Products Federation, is the biggest gift and household products in the region. It is by far a big event that supports the trendy lifestyle products which are currently growing both in the region and in the world markets.
"It must be admitted that lifestyle products from Thailand and ASEAN are closely watched by people around the globe. This is because of the newly developed designs which are mixed with local unique plus the modernity demanded by the world markets. Further, the economic atmosphere of the region shows good signs throughout. And with increasing investment in the region, particularly from the western capitalists, as derived from the opening of countries like Myanmar or Laos, which yields positive results to tourism, real estates business, Thailand's lifestyle products have then attracted a lot of demand from the markets. Therefore, BIG+BIH October 2012 is an event that is being followed as the stage where operators present their products to the world markets via more than 100,000 participants around the globe, including real estate owners, suppliers and end-users. BIG+BIH October 2012 under the concept of "Heart of Design & Lifestyle Showcase of ASEAN" is scheduled to be held during 16th-21st October 2012 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Bang Na, Bangkok. Business Talk Day is during 16th-19th October from 10.00 - 18.00 hours. Retail Day is during 20th-21st October 2012 from 10.00 - 21.00 hours.
