The Wizard of Oz charmer, Judy Garland was a young singer destined for greatness from the moment she signed with Decca Records in the 1930's.
Judy Garland sang virtually her entire life because all of her jobs involved singing. Whether she was in a vaudeville show, performing in the movies, running her own television show, or appearing on radio and stage, singing was often included.
