The Wizard of Oz darling, Judy Garland is not popular in a little Asian country called Laos, but her faithful followers are slowly growing ever since Laos has open its doors to the western world.
As a result, students are keen to learn English as a Second Language and they are introduced to classic American movies including musical films starring Judy Garland.
