Who is producing those drugs, where the ingredients are coming from?

This is nothing new. Sadly, all casinos in Laos are involved with corruption and drugs. If they only just found out about it, then they're very naive.

The ingredients can come from anywhere, Asia is full of drugs. That's where many people get themselves into trouble.
