Lao people who depend on making sticky rice baskets for a living have skills, but they make the same style of sticky rice every day so this becomes a normal procedure for them.
It takes a much higher skill level and thought to invent a different kind of sticky rice basket, and I will show you what I mean with some pictures below. These sticky rice baskets are made by my relatives.
