The Wizard of Oz beauty, Judy Garland was always a great dancer since she was a little girl on the vaudeville circuit.
Many of her movies involved dancing, and if a male dance partner couldn't dance to the level of Judy Garland then they'd be embarrassing themselves because she was one of the finest dancers around.
Mickey Rooney was no slouch on the dance floor either, and he was paired with Judy Garland in a number of movies.
