When was this picture taken? Is the weather still nice? I'm returning to Laos in mid-December.

It was taken last week. There are warm and cool days during this time of the year.

December weather will be nice if you don't like the heat.

Great. I'm looking forward to spending the holidays there. I had enough of Los Angeles.
