Corruption was is in his blood since he was born.
Shame on him.......Never changed. Ex Postman ran away to( Communist) aviod capture for corruption while working at post office.

Well it is his money now. He should invest/set up more companies in Laos to create more job opportunities for konLao.

Invested that money in Laos, making profits created jobs and opportunity for Lao people. Maybe he can turn that $800 million into billion dollars. With that kind of money anything is possible.

His Industry is Miscellaneous Business Activities. If he created jobs then so many young Lao don't have to cross over to Thailand looking for work.

That's how one party military dictatorship work. They own and run almost everything. The rich get richer the poor get poorer. Capitalist or Communism same old same old.

There is nothing wrong with what he had created to produce jobs for the poeple and becoming wealthier at the same time. He can make more businesses with that kind of money to produce more jobs so konLaos that go to Thailand can stay at home.

That sound right mining, logging. I don't know. Those are Laos national wealth and belong to all Lao people. Not just few military Communist elites.

Laos rank pretty high on corruption index 2.1 out of 10. The lower the number the higher the corruption.
