She is Lao international celebrity. Lao/Thai love Alexandra. Laos is coming up.

I have asked the Admin about on an old thread in regards to Alexandra's popularity in Laos.  To my knowledge, according to the admin, Alexandra is not popular or even known in Laos other then abroad.  Let's see if someone can clarify that up for me.  Is she well-known or even popular in Laos? Or is it just Thailand and abroad?

Maybe Admins is not a fan of Alexandra. We Lao expats love her. I think Lao nai love her too.

Hopefully, the Admin will be able to find out more information on this and enlighten us. :)  I think it's the Thai Lakorn (soap opera) that made her more famous outside of Laos then the singing, in my opinion.

Alexandra was famous for her singing, and it got her into soap opera which make her more famous in Thailand.

She perform and  graduated  from Japan University.

Her dad is Bulgarian?  Her mom must be very pretty then.

Actually her father is Lao and mother is Bulgarian.

And as far as I gathered, she's known quite well in Laos, but not popular at all. This was more so from her appearances in Thai lakorns rather than her music. She hasn't released any music in a long time.

She getting into Thai movie again I think. Laos music industry is a small market so money might not be that good. Last time I heard way back she get about $3,000 per movies. Which is not much and she also get pay for making appearance on Thai talk show.
