I am looking to lease(Long term lease 15-30 years) a piece of land some where outside the city centre of Vientiane hopefully near small town or village. I am going to build a small house for my retirement. Land size about 500m2-700m2. please PM me.

Would buying be a more logical plan because you will live there for 30 years. If you have to sell it by then you will gain a nice equity from the sale ;).

I personally don't know, but check out this website rentsbuy.com to buy property, house, rent in Laos PDR. Good time to buy now, in the future prices will go way way up.
