Bokeo is definately outside of Vientiane. It's a province up north.

Long long time 2005. I'll retire in Laos and do some charity work for sure. Now I need to work hard save money, buy and donated more school supply to Lao student. How a about you?

Retire at 30 its possible if you make good salary. But that's still young. I'm thinking of retire at age 50 or 55 year. To retire in America I need to work till 65 or 70 year old. In life there's no guarantee.
