The outbreak happen every year. Why didnt government do more to prepare. Can't Vietnam government do more to help us they are in charge of Laos. It his some kind of sick biological weapon used to destroy Laos economies? I don't know. Laos news Kplnet.net

There's lots of mosquitoes in Laos, and they will never go away. Even during the daytime there are mosquitoes, it's ridiculous.

Sometimes it's difficult to protect yourself because it's usually hot so people don't want to wear alot of clothing.

I get bitten from time to time, but it hasn't caused me to get sick.

I just hope government can stop the outbreak as soon as possible. Do they have vaccine to prevent dengue fever? Maybe Laos need to ask UN for help.

I don't think there is any vaccine to prevent it, but then again I'm not a doctor.

I can only say what Ive seen.
When I was a kid, there are lots of mozies in Saigon, in the country side (Mekong Delta) there were even more, you can't even have your meal in the evening without swallowing a few.
35 years later, there isn't much in Saigon and not so many in the country.
I think the development destroy the enviroment and the use of presticide for the crops kill most of the lavis.
So, do you want Laos to becomes a madhouse city like Saigon or Bangkok, where people do not catch disease from mosquitos but catch deadlier disease like cancer, aids, mental illness etc...
You guys live in a paradise and don't know it.
