I like the culture and way of life.

I like a lot of thing. I like the food, celebration, people, simple life. Love BeerLao. Nice weather, but it been a while got to get use to it again.

I like the down to earth friendly people, the relaxed atmosphere, the religion, the nature, the genuine smiles, I love the fresh coconut juice, the smelly padaek, watching men playing their kaen, and above all just being a Laotian is something to be proud of.

2) those little bananas
3) noodle soup for breakfast

i think i will like the papaya salad or som tam, every hmoob person i encounter who gone to lao and made it back alive tell me i have to eat some real papaya salad from laos from a lao cook,

I like papaya salad, young cocanut. Lao food is the best. I also love food they sell in the street at Boun That Luang, grill chicken, meatball.

I'm not sure of the name of this chilli dish but it's like a sticky paste, with sometimes pork rind or dried shrimp mixed in. i put it over my bbq chicken but my pals can snack on it with sticky rice all day
