It's that time of year again, Lao New Year!

Yet many Laotians are clueless regarding the year in the Lao calendar (no it is not 2010), we seem to be more interested in drinking and partying.

Happy Lao New Year 2553, it's the year of the Tiger.

Now that it's over, and the party is over, we can get back to normal life in Laos.

My Lao New Year resolution is just to be happy and live a stress free life.
