Hey I was just wondering what the movie theaters are like there and what movies are playing? I hear they are translated to thai either subbed or dubbed. I wonder if a drive in movie theater would work there.

I never go to the movie theatre. There's many cheap copied DVD and VCD movies that are sold or can be rented on the streets.

Movie theatres are not as popular like in the old days when Lao people used to line up outside to go in and watch a movie. The movies are mainly Thai movies. American movies are dubbed into Thai language and not as good as the original voice.

There's one in the Itecc center. Does anyone know if there is one in the Savanhaket Itecc too?
