Never had this dish before. Is the yellow part eggs or flour?

The yellow part is a mixture of flour, eggs, curry powder and coconut milk.

Yes, it's a breakfast dish, but you can also have it for lunch and dinner if you wish.

I can eat it all day long. I like to mixed everything in a bowl and added sauce.
