If graffitti is done well it can be considered art

when I was in laos I saw a lot of graffitti of a donkey?

I agree some graffities are very beautiful and can be considerate as art.

Those one seems to have been made by children...

what do the laos authority punishment to those who got caught guilty for committing the crimes? shoot them at the spot? cane them?

Badlikeme, I'm not sure what punishment is handed out, but I don't think anyone will get shot at for drawing graffiti. Most likely a fine and some jail time.

The graffiti in Laos is nothing compare to the US. These hoodlums in the US are good, getting the graffiti up in places that is impossible to get to (freeway, highway, building, or giant pole in the middle of the ocean fully guarded). LOL

The graffiti inside Patuxai is pretty bad too.

But it happens everywhere. Eiffel tower's graffiti is far worse.

Thanks for pointing out the error.

It shows that I'm not perfect, and we all make simple spelling and grammar errors sometimes.
